Chef Woody selects some taste wheels for the Munchers to use to learn some language for describing tastes. The one below is what we are using currently: it is based on coffee flavors, but has the four basic tastes broken down nicely. It came in handy when we taste tested snacks on our way down to Van Thun Farms to learn about CSA farms (Community Supported Agriculture).
