Secret Message Discovered

While finishing a tour of last year's spying sites, such as Scott's Deli, where we received messages from Joyce, our boss, and Arpit's safe drop, where we received packages, we discovered this message in our bagel wrapper.

We thought it was a two worded message, but were confused as to why we would have received it through the old, disused, method Joyce used.

 Scott's Deli
Arpit's Elmwood Sweet Shop

The secret message turned out to be numbers: coordinates for where we found C4 in the reservation last year when we disrupted DaVid's plan to sell forged art to help terrorists.

We decoded the message by wrapping the alphabet around the numbers 1-0, a method I first learned years ago when I started with Interpol.  It goes as follows:

A B C D E F G H I K L M
1  2  3 4  5 6  7 8  9 0  .  ,
N O P R S T U V WX Y Z

The code drops the J and the Q as needless letters, and employs the period and the comma as they are often used in numbers.
